We’re looking for a senior Salesforce professional who can combine strong hands-on development skills with the ability to understand the bigger business picture, work directly with customers, and lead technical delivery with confidence.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing thoughtful solutions, taking ownership without needing micromanagement, and guiding clients and team members through smart, scalable technical decisions. Experience building or contributing to Salesforce AppExchange packages is a major plus.You’ll also play a key role in shaping how we build ,establishing development standards, improving our internal engineering practices, and helping define the technical direction of the company as we grow.
