The Country Manager will oversee and lead all aspects of Peko’s operations in the Indian market, including developing and implementing strategic growth plans, managing local teams, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, driving business development initiatives, overseeing revenue generation, and ensuring the overall success of company operations in the region. The role requires a results-driven professional with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of the Indian market dynamics. Qualifications Strategic planning and market analysis skills to develop and execute growth strategiesProven expertise in business development and revenue generationStrong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholdersIn-depth knowledge of the Indian market, including regulatory and cultural nuancesBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plusResults-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
