Please find the JD Below:- We are looking for an experiencedSAP Basis Consultantwith strong hands-on expertise in SAP system administration, kernel upgrades, SPS/EHP updates, HANA database administration, and Solution Manager (SolMan) including ChaRM. The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing SAP landscapes across various environments. Key Responsibilities SAP System Administration PerformKernel Updates ,Support Package Stack (SPS) Updates , andEnhancement Package (EHP) Upgrades . Manage SAP system refreshes, client copies, export/import, transport management, and performance monitoring. PerformHANA DB administration , including HANA installation, upgrades, version maintenance, back-ups, and performance tuning. Handle system monitoring, troubleshooting, log analysis, and root-cause resolution across SAP applications. SAP Solution Manager / ChaRM Configure and manageChaRM (Change Request Management) . AdministerSAP Solution Manager 7.2 , including system monitoring, technical scenarios, and diagnostics setup. Maintain EarlyWatch Alerts, system recommendations, landscape management, and technical operations. Upgrades & Migrations Execute SAP system upgrades using SUM/DMO tools. Support HANA migrations, Unicode conversions, and landscape transitions. Security & System Health Apply security notes via SNOTE. Manage user admin, roles, profiles, and authorizations (basic level). Perform routine health checks, backup & restore operations, and DR activities. Documentation & Stakeholder Communication Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and issue logs. Work closely with Application, Infra, Security, and Business teams. Required Skillsets (Core Competencies) Technical Skills SAP Kernel updates & version maintenance SPS/EHP updates using SPAM/SAINT & SUM SAP HANA installation, revision upgrades & administration SAP Solution Manager 7.2 setup & configuration ChaRM setup/configuration & transport management Expertise in SUM/DMO tools SAP system performance tuning Transport management system (TMS) System refresh, client copy, BDLS SAP security notes & patch application Unix/Linux commands, DB concepts, and cloud basics (AWS/Azure preferred)
