About the RoleWe’re building a next-gen Wellness App and are looking for a strategic, data-driven Product Manager to own the product roadmap, drive growth experiments, and create seamless user experiences. If you thrive in 0→1 environments and love turning insights into impact, this is for you!Key Responsibilities- Build and execute the end-to-end product strategy & roadmap - Conduct user research, define personas, and optimize personalized journeys - Lead rapid experimentation, A/B & multivariate testing - Use analytics to uncover product insights and drive decision-making - Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics & business teams - Create clear PRDs and manage the full feature lifecycle - Track KPIs, optimize funnels, and grow user engagement & subscriptions - Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using data-backed hypothesesRequirements- 3-5 years experience in product management, specifically in wellness or healthcare applications, are preferred - Strong analytical background with hands-on experience in: - SQL, Google Analytics, Firebase, Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, A/B testing tools - Proven ability to interpret metrics and convert insights into roadmap actions - Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices and user journey design - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Engineering/CS preferred) - High ownership, adaptability, and execution-oriented mindset
