We’re Hiring: Senior Manager / Project Lead – R&D (Wax Chemistry)Location: Nasik |AM LubricantsAM Lubricants is expanding its R&D capabilities and is looking for an experienced PhD Chemist with deep expertise in wax chemistry, especially polyethylene and paraffin waxes.In this role, you will lead end-to-end R&D initiatives, working on innovative wax-based dispersions, emulsions, and specialty formulations used across paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, and plastics.What You’ll Do:- Drive R&D projects in wax synthesis, modification & formulation. - Develop next-generation dispersions/emulsions for industrial applications. - Conduct hands-on lab work and support scale-up to production. - Partner with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to customers.What We’re Looking For:- PhD in Chemistry with 8–12+ years of relevant industry experience. - Strong background in polyethylene and paraffin wax chemistry. - Experience in emulsions, dispersions & application development. - Excellent analytical & project leadership capabilities.If you’re passionate about material innovation and want to lead impactful R&D programs, we’d love to connect with you!Apply Now email sam@
