You’ll own performance-critical C++ components for encoding, packaging, encryption, and delivery of live video to millions worldwide; tune codecs across CPU and hardware accelerators; master HLS/DASH/CMAF; and ship rock-solid production pipelines.Requirements:Deep C++ expertise in performance-critical, real-time systemsHands-on experience with x264, x265, NVENC, or equivalent codec implementations and APIsProven track record optimizing in compute-constrained environmentsStrong experience with build systems, binary distribution, and reproducible buildsSolid understanding of OTT streaming formats (HLS, DASH, CMAF)Ideally you'll have experience in:KubernetesLow level debuggingAWS, GCP Akamai Linode Cloud tooling
