This is a QA-focused role, not configuration, and ensures data accuracy, system reliability, and compliance with business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Test Planning & ExecutionDesign and execute functional test cases for CFIN scenarios (initial load, replication, AIF monitoring).Perform integration, regression, and UAT cycles for financial postings and ledger updates.Data & Process ValidationValidate master data consistency, mappings, and posting logic for replicated transactions.Verify integration with FI/CO, MM, SD modules.Defect ManagementLog and track defects using tools like Rally, ALM, JIRA.Participate in defect triage and collaborate with developers for resolution.DocumentationPrepare test plans, RTM, execution reports, and audit evidence.Cross-Team CollaborationWork closely with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.Required SkillsExperience: 5–7 years in SAP QA testing, with at least 2-3 years in SAP CFIN. (SAP Central Finance)SAP Modules: FI/CO (GL, AP, AR), MM, SDTools: Rally, ALM, JIRA, SQL for backend validationTechnical Knowledge:Batch job monitoring (SM37)IDoc/XML validationAIF error handlingTesting Types: Functional, Integration, Regression, UATPreferred SkillsExposure to retail or finance-specific flows (e.g., GR/IR reconciliation, procure-to-pay).Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager for documentation.Familiarity with test automation frameworks and QA methodologies.
