The CFO will lead IPO readiness efforts (target: April 2026) and oversee financial planning, statements, and reporting. The role includes strengthening financial performance, managing risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding the finance team through accurate analysis, reporting, and overall financial management.Qualifications Preferably a Chartered Accountant (CA)with strong experience inSME-IPO processes. Expertise infinancial planning,preparation of financial statements, andfinancial reporting. In-depth understanding offinancial regulations,policies, andcorporate governance. Proven leadership with excellent organizational and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting;professional certificationssuch as CPA/CFA are an added advantage.
