Assist doctors during procedures and patient rounds. Monitor, record, and report symptoms, changes in patient conditions, and vital signs. Administer medications and injections as prescribed. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation. Ensure adherence to infection control standards and hospital safety policies.
