Job Description: Finance Head / SVP – FinanceIndustry:Owner-based Real Estate Location:Delhi NCR Experience:14–19 Years CTC:Up to ₹1 Cr Preference:Candidates from Real Estate Only Mandatory:IPO Handling Experience, Fundraising Expertise Role Overview The Finance Head / SVP Finance will lead the financial strategy, planning, and governance for a fast-growing, owner-driven real estate organisation. The role demands strong expertise in managing IPO processes, fundraising, capital structuring, and financial controls for large-scale real estate projects. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-endIPO preparation and execution, including coordination with bankers, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies. Formulate and drivefundraising strategies(equity, debt, structured finance) to support business expansion and project development. Overseefinancial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modelling. Ensure strongcorporate governance, risk management, compliance, and internal financial controls. Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, rating agencies, and regulatory authorities. Provide strategic financial insights to the promoter/leadership for business decisions, project evaluation, and capital allocation. Monitorcash flows, working capital, and project financial health across the portfolio. Lead, mentor, and scale the finance team for high-performance delivery. Candidate Profile 14–19 years of progressive finance leadership experience inreal estate(mandatory preference). Mandatory experience in leading/handling an IPOfor a mid or large-scale organisation. Strong track record infundraising, financial strategy, investor relations, and debt/equity structuring. CA / MBA Finance from a reputed institution preferred. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work closely with promoters/owners.
