This role requires deep understanding of Japanese customer expectations, global brand philosophy, and the ability to bridge Japanese HQ expectations with the Indian market landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Japanese HQ vision. - Drive brand positioning, product communication, and integrated marketing campaigns. - Plan annual marketing budgets and ensure efficient deployment for maximum ROI.Brand Management- Strengthen the brand's identity, ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines. - Lead brand storytelling across digital, offline, and experiential platforms. - Manage brand health metrics and drive improvement initiatives.Product Marketing & Launches- Lead product communication strategy for new model introductions and updates. - Coordinate with R&D, Sales, and HQ teams for product planning and positioning. - Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research for product strategy input.Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights- Monitor automotive market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. - Translate insights into strategic recommendations for marketing, sales, and product roadmap. - Ensure regular reporting and alignment with Japanese HQ teams.Digital & Campaign Management- Lead digital marketing strategy, social media, and online brand engagement. - Supervise creative development, campaign execution, and performance analytics. - Collaborate with agencies for content creation, media planning, and 360° campaigns.Dealer Marketing Support- Strengthen dealer-level marketing programs, local promotions, and customer engagement activities. - Provide guidance for local branding, signage, events, and customer experience initiatives. - Ensure seamless integration of national marketing strategies at regional and dealer levels.Cross-Cultural Coordination- Work closely with Japanese HQ for brand alignment, approvals, reporting, and collaborative projects. - Act as key communication bridge between Indian marketing teams and Japanese leadership. - Ensure adherence to global standards while adapting strategies for the Indian market.Team Leadership- Lead and develop a marketing team across brand, digital, product, and market research functions. - Drive creativity, innovation, and accountability across the team. - Foster a culture of collaboration between marketing, sales, and product teams.Key RequirementsEligibility- Only Japanese Nationals Can Apply - Native Japanese proficiency; strong English communication preferred.Education- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute preferred.Experience- 15–22 years of marketing experience, ideally in the automotive industry or other premium consumer sectors. - Prior exposure to Japanese brands, HQ coordination, and international markets is preferred. - Experience in brand management, product marketing, digital marketing, and campaign leadership.Skills & Competencies- Strong strategic thinking and brand-building capability. - Deep understanding of Japanese customer expectations and global automotive positioning. - Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-cultural management skills. - Expertise in digital marketing, consumer analytics, and market research. - Ability to manage large-scale projects and agencies.
