(Fill the details) - Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX. - Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.Eligibility:- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) - Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shiftsSkills:- Knowledge of MS Office - Exposure to ERP (Oracle, SAP / Ariba / PEGA)Responsibilities:CatLog Creation & Onboarding- Create and onboard new CatLog items based on procurement inputs and vendor data. - Validate item attributes such as pricing, specifications, and supplier details. - Coordinate with sourcing and category teams to ensure catalogue completenessCatLog Updates & Maintenance- Regularly update catalogue entries for price changes, item availability, and vendor modifications. - Ensure catalogue alignment with contracts and purchase agreements. - Maintain version control and audit logs for catalogue changesCompliance & Quality Assurance- Ensure catalogue data integrity and adherence to master data governance policies. - Support catalogue audits and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams. - Leverage GenAI tools for catalogue summarization and guided indenting where applicable.Reporting & Analytics- Generate catalogue adoption reports and usage metrics. - Identify gaps in catalogue coverage and propose enhancements. - Support spends analytics and category insights using catalogue data.
