Job Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Interior Designer with a strong portfolio and excellent design skills to take on a challenging residential project from start to completion. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience working on multiple unit residential schemes in the UK/European market. Key responsibilities: Creating mood boards and concept designs that meet client expectations Researching and creating presentations for interior architectural fixtures and finishes CAD drawings for RCP, GA's, elevations, and room plans SketchUp drawings for joinery designs and full rooms including panelling, windows, and interior architectural detailing Presenting to clients, overseen by the senior designer and design director Working from site to oversee refurbishment and construction progress Preparing thorough planning documents, detailed designs, and technical specifications Required skills and qualifications include: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills 3D modelling skills – physical and digital (Sketchup / Revit) Strong communication and organisational skills Fluent in written and spoken English Excellent time management skills and ability to manage conflicting deadlines Benefits This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-end residential projects and develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and creative environment.
