This includes designing and reviewing study methodologies, managing research databases, and contributing to the development of tools and frameworks for monitoring and evaluation.The ideal candidate will possess strong research and analytical skills, including expertise in data collection, data analysis, and preparing detailed reports. They will also have experience in project management, monitoring frameworks, and creating evaluation methodologies. Additionally, they should have proficiency with quantitative and qualitative research tools and software such as R, Python, NVivo, or SPSS. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field is required.
