The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project coordination, scheduling, and execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) programs from initiation to completion. - Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. - Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders and senior management. - Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards.Required Skills & Competencies:- Proven experience in project coordination and schedule management. - Strong understanding of semiconductor/electronic manufacturing processes. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. - PMP certification preferred.Why Join Us?- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge semiconductor projects. - Collaborative and innovative work environment. - Career growth and development opportunities.
