Job description Role Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled and fast-moving Graphic Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our creative team. You will play a key role in developing compelling visual content across brand, digital, and performance marketing touchpoints.Key Responsibilities:Design high-quality creatives for digital ads, website, social media, packaging, and presentations Translate briefs into visually impactful assets, often with quick turnaround times Work closely with the marketing, product, and social media teams to maintain visual consistency Adapt and localize design styles for different formats, platforms, and audience segments Contribute ideas proactively in brainstorms and campaign discussions Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environmentRequirements: ● 3–4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design ● Strong command over the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) ● Proven ability to execute designs quickly without compromising quality ● A good eye for detail, typography, color, and layout ● Experience working in a fast-paced startup or agency is a strong plus ● Portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across digital platformsYou’ll Thrive If You: ● Enjoy autonomy and are self-driven ● Can adapt to changing priorities without losing momentum ● Love collaborating across teams but also shine when working independently ● Want to work on a brand that is making a real impact in educationTo be the right fit for this role, the candidate must meet the following creative criteria: Must haveat least one branding projectin their portfolio (any industry).
