Our flagship project, Junior's Fashion Week (JFW), is an industry-leading event that brings global kidswear brands and aspiring junior talent together under one glamorous roof.Role Overview:We are looking for a results-driven Relationship Manager to lead and grow the Junior’s Fashion Week project. This role focuses on three core verticals: registering kids, client servicing, and sales. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of driving registrations, nurturing relationships with parents and brands, and contributing to the overall growth of JFW.Key Responsibilities:1. Registration & Talent Acquisition- Drive end-to-end registration of kids for JFW events across cities. - Coordinate with marketing teams to implement outreach and lead generation campaigns. - Build a strong parent communication flow and handle inquiries effectively. - Maintain an updated database of registered participants.2. Client Service & Experience- Serve as the primary point of contact for registered families and partner brands. - Ensure seamless pre-event, during-event, and post-event experiences for participants. - Handle feedback, resolve queries, and elevate client satisfaction. - Build long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat participation.3.
