React Architect (Trading Domain)Experience: 10+ years (Web + Mobile)Specialization: React, React Native (Fabric/TurboModules), Real-time Trading AppsJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled React Architect with over 10 years of web development experience and deep familiarity with the trading/fintech domain. You will architect and build real-time, high-performance applications across mobile (React Native) and web (React) for our trading platform.You will work closely with product, backend, and design teams to deliver secure, scalable, and low-latency user experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesMobile (React Native)● Develop, enhance, and maintain mobile apps using React Native (New Architecture – Fabric & TurboModules).● Build real-time features such as live market data, charts, order execution, watchlists, and portfolio insights.● Integrate WebSockets, REST, GraphQL, and custom native modules via JSI.● Optimize app performance, reduce latency, improve launch time, and ensure smooth UI/UX across iOS and Android.● Work with Fabric, TurboModules, and native code (Kotlin/Swift/Obj-C) for high-performance integrations.Web (React)● Build feature-rich, high-performance web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.● Architect scalable SPA applications for dashboards, reports, trading tools, and admin panels.● Ensure web-mobile design consistency and component reusability across platforms.● Optimize rendering performance, caching, security, and asset delivery.Shared Responsibilities● Design and implement robust state management using Redux, Recoil, Zustand, MobX, or similar.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.● Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and secure code across platforms.● Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile processes.● Work with monitoring tools (Sentry, Firebase, AppCenter, analytics) to ensure app reliability.● Handle edge cases involving financial transactions, market volatility, and real-time data streams.● Leverage your strong web experience to establish best practices in component architecture, performance, and developer experience.Requirements● 10+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering (React, TypeScript, JavaScript).● 5+ years of experience in React Native, including New Architecture (Fabric & TurboModules).● Deep domain experience in trading, broking, fintech, or investment apps.● Expertise in integrating and optimizing WebSockets, REST, GraphQL, and streaming endpoints.● Strong knowledge of real-time market data, charting libraries, order flows, and trading UX patterns.● Solid understanding of mobile and web app architecture, performance tuning, memory management, and security.● Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, crash analytics, and release workflows.● Strong grasp of Git, GitFlow, and collaborative development.● Understanding of trading concepts: order types, market depth, margin, P&L, positions, RMS/OMS logic.● Familiarity with the iOS and Android ecosystem, app lifecycle, review guidelines, and platform constraints.
