This opportunity offers extensive exposure to theEnterprise Performance Management (EPM)andConnected Planning ecosystem , along with excellent professional growth potential.Location : PAN IndiaKey Responsibilities Solution Architect:Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models aligned with business requirements and best practices. Data Integration:Collaborate with technical teams to integrate multiple data sources and ensure seamless data flow between systems. Requirement Gathering:Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to document business requirements and translate them into scalable multidimensional models. Testing & Validation:Lead testing activities, perform model validations, and ensure data integrity and accuracy. Training & Documentation:Create user guides, deliver end-user training, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Process Optimization:Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvement, and efficiency enhancement within Anaplan models. Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients, providing technical and functional expertise in planning solutions.Key Skills & Experience End-to-endAnaplan implementationexperience acrossFP&AandSupply Chain Planninguse cases Expertise inData Hub setup ,model architecture , andprocess automation Strong inworkspace management ,model performance optimization , anddata flow management Hands-on experience integrating Anaplan withETL tools ,CloudWorks ,APIs , or other enterprise systems Ability to design intuitive and dynamicUX dashboardstailored to business use cases In-depth understanding ofAnaplan best practices ,DISCO methodology , andConnected Planningprinciples Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business logic into model structuresQualifications Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field (CA/MBA Finance preferred) Experience:Minimum 3+ years of Anaplan Solution Architecture experience, with at least2 end-to-end implementations Certification:Anaplan Level 3, Solution Architect certificationrequired Technical Skills:Proficient in Anaplan; working knowledge of Excel, data integration tools, or ETL processes is a plus Soft Skills:Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills Excel Skills:Proficient in spreadsheet modeling, macros, pivot tables, formulas, and chartsPreferred Skills Strong client-facing and presentation abilities Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment Familiarity withAgile project management methodologies Exposure todata visualization toolssuch asTableauorPower BI
