Job PurposeThe DSO will be responsible for driving the liability business at the Banking Unit. This includes acquisition and servicing of customers, mobilization of deposits (CASA, RD & TD), delivery of government scheme services (GSS), and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Onboarding & Deposit Mobilization: Acquire new customers and drive deposits across CASA, RD, and TD products, with emphasis on quality sourcing to achieve liability business targets.Government Schemes: Actively enroll customers under Government Scheme Services (GSS) including PMJDY, PMJJBY, PMSBY, Atal Pension Yojana (APY) and others.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure service excellence, retention, and repeat business.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to KYC/AML/CKYC norms and other regulatory guidelines during customer onboarding and servicing.Business Reporting: Maintain updated and accurate records of daily performance, including account sourcing, deposit mobilization, and GSS enrolments, and submit timely reports to the respective line manager.Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Banking Unit (BU) team to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for all customers.Qualifications & ExperienceFresh Graduate in any discipline or.Minimum 1 Year of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Microfinance sector (liability/branch banking background preferred) after HS.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication, relationship management, and customer-handling skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic banking systems.High level of integrity, discipline and customer-first attitude.
