We are looking for an individual who has experience working with beauty/fashion/lifestyle clientele Associate Media Consultant at El Sol Strategic Consultants (ESSC) Team Management: ● Understand ESSC’s Core Values, Vision, and Goals. ● Foster an understanding of your role’s importance in the growth of the company. ● Keep your peers motivated and maintain high morale to encourage a friendly and open environment. ● Follow ESSC protocols with respect to processes- briefing documents, daily updates, agenda’s etc. ● Ensure adherence to ESSC’s policies and good practices. Client and Media Relations: ● Liaise daily with clients and media via telephone and email. ● Build strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, and media. ● Act as a representative for El Sol Strategic Consultants in public relations efforts. ● Support development media relations strategies to secure high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media. ● Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media. ● Promote news stories and features to the media and sell them effectively. ● Prepare regular client reports and attend client meetings. ● Collate, analyze, and evaluate media coverage. Monitoring and Research: ● Monitor traditional and new age media, including newspapers, journals, broadcasts, social media, and blogs, for client opportunities. ● Conduct trend forecasting for clients and their respective industries. ● Undertake research for new business proposals and present them to potential clients. Marketing Coordination: ● Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers. ● Explore and create opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising. Event and Campaign Management: ● On-ground presence at events, including press conferences and promotional activities. ● Promote client events via public relations platforms. ● Document all campaigns, including briefs, scripts, and testimonials. ● Prepare presentations, campaign taglines, and interview responses. Content Creation and Documentation: ● Research, write, and disseminate press releases to targeted media. ● Assist with the production of client publications, such as newsletters and in-house magazines. ● Design, write, and/or produce presentations, articles, leaflets, and promotional materials. ● Coordinate photography for studio or location shoots. Crisis Management: ● Support seamless crisis management and troubleshooting. Client Relationship Management: ● Ensure 100% client retention by delivering exceptional service. ● Maintain a network of resources for deployment as needed. ● Provide clients information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaign progress. ● Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction. Strategic Planning: ● Assist in creation of quarterly and annual brand marketing strategies and roadmaps aligned with client business goals along with senior media consultants. ● Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and offer relevant communication strategy recommendations. Knowledge Upkeep: ● Stay updated with new practices for Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 to enhance client offerings. ● Maintain relationships and databases with key stakeholders. ● Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
