Manage the full recruitment cycle including manpower planning, sourcing strategy, IJPs, volume and lateral hiring, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, and confirmations. Drive employee engagement by resolving concerns, conducting exit interviews, analyzing attrition, and supporting retention, career development, and promotions. Ensure HR compliance by monitoring licenses/registrations and managing statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, and EWF across locations. Maintain accurate HR data, monthly MIS on hiring/exits/transfers, and create additional management reports as required. Support goal setting, annual appraisals, performance evaluation, feedback processes, and PIP management. Conduct employee connect sessions offices to strengthen engagement and communication. Partner with business leaders to design and execute HR strategies, provide advisory support, manage stakeholders, and build strong relationships to drive HR processes effectively.
