Role Summary:We are looking for dynamic CA Freshers to join Ola’s Finance team across multiple verticals such as FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, Business Finance, Internal Audit, and Investor Relations. The role offers exposure to end-to-end finance operations, business partnering, financial management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial performance analysis.Conduct variance analysis and assist in preparing management reporting decks.Perform accounting activities including reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close tasks.Assist in audit preparation, documentation, and compliance activities.Partner with business teams to analyse costs, revenue, profitability, and operational efficiencies.Support financial modelling, scenario planning, and KPI tracking.Assist in treasury operations such as cash flow management, banking coordination, and investment documentation.Conduct process reviews, identify gaps, and support internal audit activities.Prepare data packs, dashboards, and analysis for leadership decision-making.Work with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational finance initiatives.Key Requirements:Chartered Accountant (CA) – recently qualified.Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting concepts, and Ind-AS.Proficiency in MIS reporting, Excel (advanced functions), and large dataset analysis.Working knowledge of ERP systems and finance tools preferred.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and take ownership of tasks.
