Company: Physics Wallah Location: Nanded Vidyapeeth Department: Marketing Vidyapeeth Role Overview The Marketing Lead (BTL & ATL) will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring brand-building activities across multiple regions. This includes large-scale student outreach, on-ground marketing, and ATL campaigns to enhance visibility, brand recall, and business growth for Physics Wallah. Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing/field executives to ensure high performance and productivity. - Plan, execute, and monitor BTL activities such as canopy setups, leafleting, school outreach, and hyperlocal promotions. - Identify strategic locations with high student density for maximum impact. - Coordinate with vendors, event partners, and internal teams for smooth implementation. - Manage and guide on-ground teams to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables. Conduct audits, document activities, and maintain daily/weekly reports. - Drive lead generation through targeted micro-marketing activities. - Collaborate with creative and media agencies for campaign execution. - Ensure brand consistency across all ATL communication. - Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements. Leadership & Coordination - Work with Sales, Academics, Operations, and Creative teams to align marketing priorities. - Lead and mentor field marketing executives. - Manage budgets and monitor cost vs. return on campaigns. - Prepare and present detailed reports to management.
