ABOUT THE POSITION:We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual who will be ready to travel and manage the maintenance activities which includes fixing, repairing and maintaining the mechanical equipment’s including store infrastructure, operational functions, etc. for our stores. You will learn broadly and deeply, have autonomy and freedom, and you will have the capacity to build the foundation of one of India’s great brands.We would be happy to hire someone who is fearless, big dreamer, entrepreneurial, analytical, energetic and an incisive co-worker.THE IDEAL CANDIDATESelf-starter, ready to take on new challengesLoves travellingHaving knowledge of both hands and electrical toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood with time managementROLES/RESPONSIBILITIESConducting periodic inspections at stores of all electrical connections and control panelsManage relationships with contractors and service providersManaging vendors when expertise repairs are expectedMeasure and handle the prevention strategies maintenanceHandling the basic repairs and make a routine maintenanceIdentifying and repairing technical problemsInstallation of infrastructure for machines and equipment as requiredPerforming routine repairs and replacing damaged equipment’s if anySALARY Will depend on experience. Upto 4LPA & quarterly incentives.
