You’ll simplify the visa application journey, resolve queries, and ensure every traveler feels supported throughout the process.The Job Deliver timely and professional support across calls, chat, and email. Resolve visa-related concerns with empathy and accuracy. Gain deep knowledge of visa products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly. Document interactions in CRM systems. Follow up to ensure complete resolution. Suggest process improvements and identify inefficiencies. Stay updated on visa regulations, travel policies, and product changes. Use customer support tools efficiently to maintain service quality.Ideal Candidate At least 6 months in a customer calling or chat support role. Fluent in English and Hindi, with strong verbal & written communication. Calm, proactive problem-solver with a customer-first attitude. Tech savvy and comfortable with CRM tools. Flexible with rotational shifts and week-offs. Strong documentation, attention to detail, and organisation skills.
