Maintain recruitment records and databases.Qualifications 2–3 years of US IT recruitment/sourcing experience.Required Skills Strong LinkedIn RPS expertise. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Meet). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setup.Preferred Skills Experience with OPT hiring and visa-related recruitment. Familiarity with ATS systems and Boolean search techniques.
