Key Responsibilities:Develop annual event strategy and calendar with Sales, Med Ed, and Product MarketingManage and mentor Event Coordinators teamPartner with Med Ed for compliant educational programs and workshopsCollaborate with Product Marketing on booth presence, demos, and lead generationExecute end-to-end event logistics: venues, speakers, catering, AV, contracts, and travelManage booth strategy, sponsorships, and logistics for third-party conferencesTrack budgets, forecast costs, and analyze event ROIConduct post-event analysis and performance reportingRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business5+ years event management experience; 2+ years leading teamsExperience with large conferences and corporate eventsStrong budget management and cross-functional collaboration skillsPharma/biotech/life sciences background (preferred)Familiarity with HCP compliance guidelines (preferred)CMP certification (a plus)Contact Person:Ansuya Satish (ansuya@)
