Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery for strategic client accounts Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment between business goals and delivered outcomes Manage project planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and client satisfaction Lead pre-sales efforts and contribute to solution design Qualifications 12 - 18 years of total work experience Minimum 3 years of recent experience working with an IT services organization as project manager or delivery manager Minimum 5 years of experience working as software engineer or technical lead Strong technical and functional acumen Exposure/experience with GenAI & Agentic AI Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment
