The ideal candidate will lead audit engagements, manage client relationships, mentor team members, and deliver high-quality audit services for international clients across various industries.We're Hiring: Senior Audit Associate (USA) Location:Indore — Onsite Qualification:Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience:Minimum3+ yearspost-qualification in Audit ⭐ Preference for candidates with Big 4 experienceJob Responsibilities 1.Lead Audit Engagements:Manage and lead audit engagements for diverse international clients, ensuring compliance with applicable auditing standards and client timelines.2.Client Interaction:Liaise directly with clients, understand their business operations, and address audit-related queries in a timely and professional manner.3.Technical Expertise:Apply strong working knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards and international auditing standards to deliver high-quality audits.4.Team Leadership & Development:Mentor and supervise junior team members, review their work for accuracy, and contribute to their professional growth.5.Audit Documentation:Prepare and review audit workpapers, financial statement disclosures, and audit reports in accordance with firm policies and standards.6.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure audit processes adhere to internal controls, firm policies, and regulatory compliance requirements across jurisdictions.Key Skills and Qualifications - Proven expertise in examining and analysing financial statements and conducting audits. - Strong understanding of international accounting and auditing frameworks (IFRS, US GAAP). - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to work effectively within teams and across time zones. - Cultural awareness and ability to collaborate in a global work environment. - Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are an added advantage.
