As an SAP Inhouse Consultant you will be part of our global SAP Team, supporting, developingand rolling out our global SAP S/4HANA template.As our new consultant your tasks will include:- Project support during the technical implementation by customizing the business processes on a global level including the implementation of IT integration tests - Responsibility and ensuring the proper SAP system flow in the S/4 Service, CS and FSM modules - Process consulting and design as a competent contact person for all SAP Service-related topics - Customizing and master data settings in SAP S/4 Service, FSM and CS - Planning and implementation of SAP CPQ integration into SAP Commerce Cloud - Collaboration with the external and internal team members - Consulting of business processes in close cooperation with relevant departments, keeping the big picture in mind - Development of integrative solutions - Running (sub) projects independently - Participation in national and international projects - Practice-oriented knowledge enhancement within the area of S/4HANA - Being the inhouse expert and responsible for further rollouts, process support and optimization - Preparation of documentation and training materials for key users, end users and 01st level support - Ensuring the operative day-to-day business within the scope of 02nd level supportWe are looking for a profile with:- At least 5-8 years of experience with SAP with a focus on consulting and excellent knowledge of SAP S/4 Service (Cloud) and CS including a profound understanding of the FSM integration - Knowledge of SAP FSM - Knowledge of other SAP Modules (e.g., MM, WM, QM, PS, PP) are beneficial - Knowledge of SAP ABAP programming and debugging is a plus - A degree in (business) informatics, computer science or another IT related education - Excellent English communication skills (working language is English) is a must – Business fluent German language skills - Ideally you have experience with SAP from an engineering industry, preferably from an international organization - Excellent analytical skills and able to work independently - Intercultural understanding - Experience working with an SAP Solution Manager
