Role OverviewThe Graphic Designer develops high quality, visually coherent, and technically compliant IEC materials across print, digital, and outdoor formats for statewide communication campaigns.Key Responsibilities:- Produce creative designs for brochures, posters, banners, wall paintings, hoardings, outdoor panels, digital posts, layouts, and multimedia assets. - Convert scripts, concepts, and briefs into effective visual designs in line with IEC objectives and behavioural messaging. - Support production of short videos, animations, icons, illustrations, and digital templates when required. - Ensure all designs adhere to SBM branding guidelines, colours, typography, and layout specifications. - Prepare print-ready files, coordinate with printers or fabrication vendors, and ensure designs meet technical specifications for field deployment. - Work closely with the IEC Coordinator and Content Writer to ensure visual clarity and message alignment. - Adapt designs for diverse linguistic and demographic groups across the state.Required Skills and Competencies- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite tools. - Strong eye for detail, composition, and visual communication. - Prior experience in designing IEC or public communication materials.Qualifications & Experience:- Minimum of 8 years of experience - Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design
