JOB TITLE: Academic ManagerDEPARTMENT: Podar PrepLOCATION: Parel, Mumbai HOREPORTING TO: AGM – Podar PrepJOB PURPOSE: To provide guidance to Principal and HM KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee the implementation of the curriculum and activities at centers.Supervision and audit of centres.Work closely and communicate regularly with Headmistress and Teachers staff through various channels, take daily reports.Provide information and feedback to the Headmistress timely.Virtual learning curriculum developmentOrganization and implementation of curriculum meets across IndiaCoordination with HM and Principal on a day to day basis as required.Collection and maintenance of various centre related dataMonitoring of admissions at centers.Guiding centres for publicity through events for admissions.Set up a new centre and training.Hand Holding and training of new HMs till they settle.Develop mutual trust and respect.Maintain confidentiality.Help the Headmistress to solve problems, rather than give direction.Practice active listening and take feedback seriouslyConsider the safety of the student and set clear boundariesBe dependable and consistent in attending meetings at the Head office.Progress report to Department head periodically.Adhere to all policies and guidelinesDeveloping and monitoring of various events all-round the yearTraining development and execution.Interview and appointment of HeadmistressRegular updating of the various dockets and ppts of PJKAnalysis and maintenance of important facts and details from centres with the mentors.Reporting to the Director with regular updatesMaintaining social media platforms of PrepReplying to parent queries and concerns if received to assure quality.Marketing related workshop developmentCollaterals development for Prep publicity.Making of Prep related material like annual planners, holiday list etc..
