Role DescriptionStrictly TRV (Trivandrum, India) based role. This is a full-time on-site role for a Manual QA professional (multiple positions) located in Trivandrum. Excellent JIRA knowledge for defect logging and defect tracking. The role involves performing detailed quality assurance and testing for both existing and upcoming projects. Responsibilities include creating test cases, executing manual tests, documenting defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to prevent and resolve quality issues effectively. The individual will also support quality reviews and improvement processes to ensure optimal software performance and reliability.QualificationsExpertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management processesFamiliarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and guidelinesStrong abilities in performing Quality Auditing and identifying areas for process improvementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailEffective verbal and written communication skills for documenting and reporting test resultsAbility to collaborate with development teams and manage test schedulesPrevious experience in manual testing; certifications in quality assurance are a plusBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
