Job Description : Admissions Sales Representative (Remote – Freshers & Career Switchers Welcome) We’re expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us asAdmissions Sales Representativesin afully remote role .This opportunity is perfect forfreshersorprofessionals from non-sales backgroundslooking to build a career in sales.Please note thatwe are not hiring experienced sales professionalsfor this position—we’re looking for fresh energy and a willingness to learn.You’ll be responsible for working withwarm leads , engaging with decision-makers, and doingpersistent follow-upsto help guide prospects through our admissions process.This is not a cold calling role , but it does require strong communication and a consistent outreach mindset.Compensation & Training : Training Period:30-90 days (online) Stipend during training:₹10,000 INR Post-Training:Upon successful completion Timmings : 10am-8pm Working slot (8 hours Mandate on daily basis) Working: 5 days in a week. Full-time Salary:₹65,000 INR per month (40k Fixed + Incentives) Work from the comfort of your home— this is a 100% remote opportunityResponsibilities : Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources. Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers to understand their needs. Use a consultative approach andfollow up extensivelyto drive conversions. Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
