About the Role Join our PLM team as aWindchill Developerto design, customize, and integrate Windchill PDMLink solutions. You will work on workflows, lifecycles, business rules, and system integrations to deliver scalable PLM solutions. This role involves supporting upgrades (Windchill 12.x/13.x), performance tuning, and CI/CD automation.Key Responsibilities Configure and customizeWindchill PDMLink modules(Change Management, Document, BOM, MPMLink). Develop workflows, lifecycles, andBusiness Rules Framework (BRF) ; extend functionality viaREST/OData APIsand Info*Engine. Integrate Windchill withERP/CAD systems(Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks); build custom UI and reporting using JSP, JavaScript, XML. Troubleshoot performance, access, and data integrity issues. Managebuild/release pipelines , CI/CD, and support Windchill upgrades/migrations. Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Required Skills 3–12 yearsin Windchill development (PDMLink/ProjectLink) andJava/J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, XML, SQL . Experience withBRF, REST/OData APIs , Info*Engine, and Windchill integrations. Strong understanding ofPLM concepts , product lifecycle processes, and CAD data management. Exposure toAgile/Scrum , DevOps, and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Git). Preferred: Experience withWindchill 12.x/13.x upgrades , SaaS deployments, and MPMLink/BOM management.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or related field.
