Education & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/relevant field Experience Requirements: The ideal candidate will have solid experience in financial and budget management, with an understanding of government financial processes: Core Financial Experience:Minimum3 yearsof experience infinancial management, budget management, budget tracking, and expense management. One year experience/ exposure to government budgeting and accounting system and process. Government Exposure:At leastOne yearof experience or exposure togovernment budgeting and accounting systems and processes. Scope of Work: The Agriculture Finance Expert will be responsible for managing all financial aspects, tracking expenditures, and coordinating with various stakeholders: Central Government Coordination:Serve as a key point person, coordinating with theCentral Governmentregarding all state-level finance and expenditure matters. Budget and Expenditure Management:Be responsible for comprehensiveexpenditure trackingandoverall budget managementfor the project/schemes. Reporting:Prepare accurate and timely Financial Statements and Reports. Internal Coordination:Coordinate with the respective scheme and district officials for effective management of overall state finance and expenditure.
