Location: Aar-Tas International School, Banashankari, BengaluruExperience: 2 YearsWork Mode: On-site | Full-TimeAbout Aar-Tas International SchoolAar-Tas International School is committed to empowering children with Autism and other developmental needs through structured, individualized, and evidence-based interventions.We provide a nurturing, multi-disciplinary environment supported by:- Special School Program (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM) - One-on-One Therapy Sessions - Therapy & Support Services in collaboration with Stepping Stone Centre, a Centre of Excellence in ABA with 14+ years of expertiseWe aim to enhance independence, functional skills, and overall development in every child we serve.Working Hours (Part-Time | Contract)Flexible part-time schedules within:- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM(Exact hours will be mutually agreed based on availability.)Benefits & Work Environment- Fully air-conditioned therapy environment - Intercom equipped rooms - Dedicated sensory-friendly spaces for children with AutismKey Responsibilities (Occupational Therapist)- Conduct individual OT sessions tailored to each child's therapy goals and functional needs - Assess children using standardized OT tools to evaluate: - Fine motor skills - Sensory processing - Daily living skills - Coordination and motor planning - Develop and implement customized Occupational Therapy Intervention Plans - Provide sensory integration therapy, handwriting support, ADL (Activities of Daily Living) training, and motor skill development - Monitor progress, maintain accurate session documentation, and update therapy goals periodically - Collaborate with: - Special educators - ABA therapists - Program coordinators - Families, to support holistic child development - Educate parents on home-based programs and therapeutic carryover - Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and parent consultationsEducational Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy - Registered/ Licensed Occupational Therapist (preferred) - Prior experience working with children with Autism or developmental delays is an advantage - Strong communication skills (English mandatory; Kannada/Hindi/Malayalam preferred)✅ Key Skills & Attributes- Sound understanding of pediatric OT practices - Familiarity with sensory integration techniques - Strong observational, analytical, and documentation skills - Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children - Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environmentLocationAar-Tas International School for Autism and Special KidsNo. 3/1, 3rd Floor, 1st Cross, Bhuvaneshwari Nagar, Phase 3,Banashankari, Bengaluru – 560085Contact for ApplicationCall: +91 81474 48634Email: aartasinternationalschool@
