Day to Day:This leading specialty insurance company is seeking a ServiceNow Integration Engineer to support a large-scale integration initiative between ServiceNow ITSM and Saviynt (IAM tool). The role focuses on automating application access provisioning and streamlining onboarding processes across a highly customized enterprise environment. Key responsibilities include:Designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow ITSM and Saviynt to enable automated provisioning and access management.Onboarding new applications into the integration framework (150+ applications planned)Building and maintaining Service Catalogs within ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business requirements.Performing enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of integration points to ensure stability and scalability.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customization nuances and deliver repeatable, efficient solutions. An ideal candidate will bring deep ServiceNow integration expertise, hands-on experience with Saviynt, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with complex customizations.
