Grow Your Staff is looking for a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant for a leading ERP solutions provider based in the UK. The position is a full-time opportunity in Ahmedabad, India, or for those who are willing to relocate.The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the UK.Experience: 4-6 yearsCTC: INR 10-18 LPALocation: On-site (Ahmedabad)Time: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST (Monday-Friday)Responsibilities:Perform customer data imports into Odoo, including data cleansing, validation, transformation, and documentation of mapping processes.Analyse and troubleshoot data migration issues, conduct quality checks, and collaborate with technical teams for resolutions.Gather and document client business requirements, perform process mapping, and convert findings into functional/technical documentation.Configure relevant Odoo modules and execute unit/regression testing with QA teams to ensure solution quality.Provide end-user training, create supporting documentation, and offer second-line functional support for client issues.Monitor Odoo version updates, maintain e-learning scripts, and create video tutorials demonstrating processes and module changes.Produce academy-ready or marketing-ready content to support internal learning and client education.Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders for progress updates, issue tracking, and successful delivery.Support presales activities such as functional demonstrations and participate in strengthening client relationships.Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and help upskill junior team members.Requirements:3+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation or functional consulting.Strong expertise in business process analysis and documentation.Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data cleanup).Experience with data import/export, migration, and troubleshooting.Ability to analyse complex issues and propose structured solutions.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience collaborating with QA teams during testing phases.Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work both independently and collaboratively.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Odoo certification or formal Odoo Functional training (preferred).Knowledge of SQL and version control tools (Git).Experience with e-learning systems, instructional design, or video creation is an advantage.Prior experience in technology consulting or ERP environments is beneficial.
