The main role is to develop and maintain a finance data mart, which is a structured data repository used for reporting and analytics. The focus areas are:Funds under Management (FUM) Revenue Allocation Key ResponsibilitiesData ModellingCreate and maintain data models that support finance reporting.Ensure models accurately reflect FUM and Revenue Allocation processes.Source-to-Target MappingAnalyze source systems (e.g., finance applications) and map the data to the target data mart.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the finance reporting system.CollaborationWork with business stakeholders, finance experts, and developers.Translate business requirements into technical data structures.DocumentationPrepare comprehensive documentation of data models, mapping specifications, and data flows.Support development, testing, and maintenance processes.Quality AssuranceAssist in data validation and reconciliation to ensure reports are accurate.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to optimize data models and processes as business needs evolve.Required Skills & ExperiencePrior experience as a Data Modeller in Asset Management.Deep understanding of FUM reporting and Revenue Allocation.Expertise in data modelling tools and techniques.Experience in source-to-target mapping, including data profiling and transformations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively and work with stakeholders.Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and finance data marts.Ability to work in cross-functional, agile teams.Desirable QualificationsBachelor’s or higher in Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.Professional certifications in Data Modelling, Asset Management, or Finance.Experience with cloud-based data platforms like MS Azure and Databricks.WHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
