Title: Oracle EBS Developer (SCM)Location: 100% REMOTE (India Based)Duration: 12 to 24 monthsRate: NegotiableShift Timings: 3:00pm IST - 12:00am IST (Monday through Friday)Start Date: ASAPOverview:We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Developer with strong techno-functional expertise across key Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle EBS R12.2.4, and will bring hands-on experience supporting and enhancing critical business processes in Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), Shipping Execution (WSH) and related Supply Chain areas. Experience with ASCP, Workflow, and OAF is a strong plus.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and support customizations, extensions, and integrations across Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules (INV, OM, WSH).Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and performance-tuned queries.Enhance and troubleshoot Oracle Workflow, personalization, and extensions.Support OAF-based custom UI components and page customizations (a plus).Participate in full SDLC activities including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and production deployment.Provide techno-functional support for Supply Chain configurations, setups, and related functional flows.Diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring stability and accuracy across all supply chain processes.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize existing processes and implement best practices.Required Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS development experience.Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x, preferably R12.2.4.Deep technical proficiency with PL/SQL, APIs, interfaces, conversions, reports, and extensions.Strong understanding of Supply Chain functional processes within INV, OM, WSH.Techno-functional ability to troubleshoot both functional issues and underlying technical components.Experience with Workflow Builder, AIM/OUM documentation, and technical design development.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.Preferred / Nice-to-Have:Experience with ASCP integration or planning workflows.Hands-on experience with OAF development and personalization.Exposure to related SCM modules such as Purchasing (PO), BOM, WIP, or Manufacturing.Knowledge of integration tools (SOA, Oracle Integration Cloud) is a plus.
