Responsibilities:Lead and support Oracle GTM implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.Analyze business requirements related to global trade compliance, classification, screening, and logistics processes.Configure GTM modules including:Product ClassificationRestricted Party Screening (RPS)Trade Compliance RulesLicense ManagementTrade AgreementsWork closely with business stakeholders to map requirements to Oracle GTM functionalities.Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and provide end-user training.Troubleshoot GTM issues and provide functional/technical support.Collaborate with cross-functional Oracle teams (OTM, EBS, SCM, WMS).Support integration with third-party systems (e.g., customs authorities, logistics partners).Prepare functional documents (MD050, BR100), test scripts, and training materials.Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and process best practices.Required Skills:6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle GTM functional consulting.Strong domain knowledge in global trade compliance, customs, supply chain, and logistics.Experience configuring GTM modules such as RPS, Screening, Classification, Trade Compliance, Licenses, and Trade Agreements.Understanding of Oracle OTM and its integration with GTM.Ability to analyze, design, and implement GTM-based solutions.Strong debugging, issue resolution, and business communication skills.Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments (preferred).Good to Have:Knowledge of Oracle OTM (Transportation Management).Experience with XML, SQL, and GTM data models.Exposure to international trade regulations (EAR, ITAR, HS Codes, ECCN).Prior experience with GTM cloud implementations.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
