The position demands a blend of regulatory insight, operational acumen, and organizational leadership.Key Responsibilities Lead global service delivery across functions withclear governance, SOPs, and accountability. Shape and institutionalize acentralized LR delivery modelthat meets multi-country compliance standards. Build and lead a high-performance teamin India with the expertise, systems, and governance to support global clients. Engage with regional consultants and regulatory authorities , ensuring seamless representation and audit readiness. Drive quality, compliance, and efficiencythrough well-defined processes, templates, and technology enablement. DriveSLA compliance, operational excellence, and profitabilityacross engagements. Championcontinuous improvement, automation, and process standardization . Mentor and align cross-functional teams acrossRegulatory, LR, and Logistics operations.Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s inLife Sciences, Operations, or Business Management . 15+ yearsin Service Delivery or Operations, preferably inMedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare Services . Proven leadership in global delivery, compliance, and client governance. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency inCRM systems, analytics, and process automation .
