The role demands expertise in equity markets, retail client acquisition, and advisory-led relationship management to drive trading volumes and revenue generation. Perspective Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition and Relationship Management Client Acquisition Acquire new retail clients for equity trading accounts (NSE/BSE) through leads, referrals, walk-ins, and field activity.Relationship Management Build strong and ethical business Relationships with existing as well as potential Clients.Revenue Generation Revenue Generation Drive broking revenue via higher delivery and intraday turnover.Financial Product Relationship (FPD) Financial Product Distribution (FPD) While equity remains the core focus, introduce complementary products like Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, NCDs, and AIFs as wealth-building options.Role Requirements Qualifications Essential Graduate + NISM certification Preferred MBA and/or any other Diploma/Certification in marketing or related field will be an added advantage. Experience - 2 to 4 years of experience in retail Stock Broking functions in relevant sector.
