We combine personalized advisory services with modern digital tools to deliver exceptional value to our clients.About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT/CRM Executive to manage and optimize our Zoho CRM system and related platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth CRM operations, streamline client data management, enhance automation efficiency, and support digital engagement initiatives across social media and communication platforms.This role will be central to improving our client experience, operational efficiency, and digital presence.Key Responsibilities:- Manage, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM and integrated Zoho apps (Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Forms, Zoho Social, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books, etc.). - Create and manage workflows, automation, templates, dashboards, and reports. - Ensure data hygiene, client information accuracy, and regular updates in CRM. - Integrate CRM with communication tools (email, WhatsApp, social media, etc.). - Support the sales and advisory teams by providing CRM insights and analytics.IT Systems & Integration:- Act as the point of contact for CRM-related technical issues and troubleshooting. - Coordinate with Zoho support or external vendors for system upgrades and automation. - Manage access controls, data backups, and ensure compliance with internal security protocols.Digital Marketing & Social Media Support:- Assist in managing and promoting content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. - Coordinate with the marketing team for posting schedules, tracking engagement, and reporting performance analytics. - Support creation and distribution of newsletters, client updates, and digital campaigns using Zoho Campaigns or similar tools.Reporting & Analytics- Generate periodic CRM and campaign performance reports for management. - Analyze client engagement trends and suggest process or content improvements.Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field. - 1–3 years of experience managing Zoho CRM and related applications (Zoho One suite preferred). - Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and integrations. - Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms. - Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and data handling. - Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.What We Offer- Exposure to wealth management and financial advisory industry. - Opportunity to learn and grow with a professional, client-centric team. - Competitive compensation aligned with industry standards. - A dynamic work environment with scope for innovation.
