As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential candidates for our company's bench. You will work with our sales team and HR to manage bench sales, negotiate rates, and develop new business relationships with clients. This is a remote role.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experienceProven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in a similar sales/recruiting roleExcellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skillsAbility to source, screen, and recruit potential candidates efficiently and effectivelyExperience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting softwareFamiliarity with US Staffing industry and knowledge of tax terms and visa statusesAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong work ethic, professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude
