Role: MEP Clean Room (Semiconductor)Experience: 12 - 15 YearsJob Location: Jagiroad, AssamRole Purpose:To lead and manage the end-to-end execution of clean room construction and commissioning activities for a semiconductor manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with stringent industry standards, timelines, and quality requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning & Execution: - Develop detailed execution plans for clean room construction, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. - Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of clean room requirements. - Quality & Compliance: - Ensure adherence to ISO standards, semiconductor clean room classifications (ISO 14644), and EHS guidelines. - Implement strict contamination control measures during construction and commissioning. - Vendor & Contractor Management: - Manage and supervise contractors and vendors for clean room installation, HVAC systems, filtration units, and related infrastructure. - Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality standards. - Cross-functional Coordination: - Collaborate with process engineering, facilities, and operations teams to align clean room specifications with manufacturing needs. - Interface with global technology partners for best practices and technical compliance. - Budget & Cost Control: - Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure timely delivery within financial targets. - Commissioning & Handover: - Oversee testing, validation, and certification of clean rooms before handover to operations. - Prepare documentation for regulatory compliance and internal audits.Qualifications & Experience:- Education: - Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical - Experience: - 10+ years of experience in clean room construction/execution, preferably in semiconductor industries. - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, filtration technology, and contamination control. - Skills: - Project management expertise (PMP certification preferred). - Familiarity with ISO 14644 standards and semiconductor facility requirements. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Key Competencies:- Attention to detail and quality compliance. - Ability to manage large-scale projects under tight timelines. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
