Job Opportunity – Project Planner & Scheduler (EPC Projects)Location: Navi MumbaiCompany: Hindustan Waste Treatment Pvt. Ltd. (Subsidiary of SFC Environmental Technologies Ltd.)Hindustan Waste Treatment Pvt. Ltd. (HWT) is a 100% subsidiary of SFC Environmental Technologies Ltd., engaged in technology, process design, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, project execution, and operations & maintenance of integrated municipal solid waste (MSW) treatment plants. HWT has two operating reference plants, with multiple projects under execution across India.Role Definition :The Project Planner & Scheduler - EPC Projects will be responsible for developing and monitoring project schedules for EPC MSW & Projects across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning & Handover phases. This is a critical planning role ensuring timelines, progress monitoring, variance reporting, critical path analysis & recovery planning for successful project delivery.Experience- 10 – 15 years of experience in Project Planning for EPC Projects in Water / Wastewater / Solid Waste Projects / Oil & Gas / Power / Infrastructure. - Must have hands on expertise in Primavera P6 / MS Project & planning dashboards.Minimum & Preferred Qualification- BE/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Chemical or equivalent - PG in Construction/Project Management (Preferred) - Primavera P6 / MSP Certification – Mandatory - PMP Certification (Preferred)Key Responsibilities- Develop L1 to L4 project schedules, WBS, resource loading & baselines - Track progress, update schedules weekly/monthly and create look-ahead plans, catch -up plans - Generate S-curves, KPIs, resource histograms & progress reports - Identify delays, analyze critical path & near-critical activities, propose recovery plans - Perform Delay Analysis, EoT Support, Claims Documentation - Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Site Teams - Interface with clients/consultants for submissions & approvals of schedules - Maintain schedule records, reports & lessons-learned documentationInterested candidates can share their updated CV at careers@ with the subject line 'Project Planner & Scheduler'
