Proficiency working with MS Outlook, O365, GSuite. Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP Working knowledge of networks Strong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking abilities. Hands-on experience with hardware installation, upgrades, and software support.Typical Duties Fully support, configure, and upgrade internal and client desktops, laptops, printers, etc. (remote and on site) L1 and L2 troubleshooting Install and integrate new desktop hardware and applications. Set up accounts, permissions, passwords, and maintain user policies. Printer driver installation, network Printer installation troubleshooting and compliance tasks. Respond to and resolve clients device and basic network emergencies quickly.Qualifications Science Graduation (BCA/ BTech/ BE (Computers), MCP/ MCSE / similar training.
